By creating an account or using jatkhali.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account and profile
You must provide accurate information where reasonably possible, keep your credentials safe, and use your real identity when contacting other members. One account per person.
Respectful conduct
Jatkhali exists for adoptees and their families. Harassment, discrimination, blackmail, false claims about being a biological relative, or any attempt to pressure another member leads to suspension or removal.
Content you post
You keep ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it inside the platform according to your visibility settings. You may not post other people’s personal information without their consent.
No guarantees
We do our best to assist searches and matches, but we are not a government registry, a DNA laboratory or a court. Reunion outcomes depend on records, laws and the people involved. Legal and medical advice must come from qualified professionals.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger members.
